Bloom Coffee Cart
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Bloom Coffee Cart had a brand new identity and no audience. I developed their full social media strategy from scratch — establishing content pillars, designing a suite of branded templates, and creating a visual content direction that translated their editorial aesthetic into a scroll-stopping feed.
Every post was built to feel like an extension of the brand — consistent, considered, and intentional. From launch content to ongoing post formats, I gave Bloom a social system they could run with confidently and grow from.
✦ Grew following from 1,500 to nearly 10,000
✦ Reached over 800,000 people
✦ Built a fully branded content system used from day one of launch
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
The problem
Bloom had an Instagram but no strategy behind it. Posting was inconsistent, the content had no clear theme or aesthetic, captions had no distinct voice, and engagement was low. Nothing on the feed communicated who Bloom was or why someone should follow them. The account existed — but it wasn't working.
What I built
I came in and rebuilt the entire social presence from the ground up. Here's exactly what I fixed:
Content pillars. The feed had no direction because there was no framework guiding what to post. I established clear content pillars — defined themes that gave every post a purpose and ensured the account spoke to the right audience consistently. Every piece of content now ladders up to one of those pillars, so the feed always feels intentional.
Posting schedule. Inconsistent posting kills growth. I built a structured posting schedule that created rhythm and reliability — both for the algorithm and for followers. Bloom went from sporadic posts to a consistent presence that showed up regularly and kept the audience engaged.
Visual grid consistency. The feed looked scattered — different styles, different tones, no cohesion. I developed a visual content direction rooted in the brand's editorial aesthetic and applied it across every post. Colors, composition, and formatting were standardized so that every image felt like it belonged to the same world.
Caption voice. Captions were generic and disconnected from the brand. I developed a distinct caption voice for Bloom — warm, confident, and elevated — that matched the visual identity and gave the brand a personality people could connect with. The voice became consistent across every post, story, and response.
Hashtag strategy. The account was using random or overly broad hashtags that weren't reaching the right people. I built a targeted hashtag strategy tailored to Bloom's audience, location, and niche — increasing discoverability and helping the content reach people who were actually likely to follow and engage.
Content themes. Beyond pillars, I developed recurring content themes and formats — specific types of posts that the audience could recognize and look forward to. This created familiarity and gave the content calendar a shape that was easy to execute consistently.
The result
In a single year, Bloom grew over 100% in followers and reached over 800,000 people. That growth wasn't accidental. It was the direct result of having a strategy, a system, and a visual identity strong enough to make people stop scrolling.
